Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive yet effective approach, working directly with the body's natural capacity for self-repair to treat a wide range of conditions. It often helps those suffering chronic symptoms that haven’t been aided by other approaches.
Therapists are trained to feel and monitor changes in the body’s tissues. In the process of monitoring, the therapist follows changes in the body as they occur and encourage the body’s natural priorities for change to arise, rather than direct the process. This is the principal difference between CST and most other therapeutic types of bodywork.
