The complementary therapies at BHWC came about through a collaboration between Chris Dance and Dr Laura Marshall-Andrews, starting in 2011.
All therapists at BHWC are experienced, highly skilled, fully qualified, and committed to working in an integrated way. In many centres, therapists often work in complete or near isolation, contact with colleagues or supervision being a rare occurance. At BHWC, our therapist team is continuously in communication with each other, the GPs and nurses, and the frontline reception staff. I feel this gives us a unique sense of responsibility to our patients, and enables us to really consider the broader picture of their health and wellbeing.
