Some of the specific details have been of use not just for me but for friends and family who have been interested in what I was doing.
I loved this course. It opened my mind up to new ideas, try new things, be brave, be in control.
I gave up sugar, stopped drinking beer (most of the time), made the smoothies and ate lots of sardines.
My mood levelled as it was up and down and hard to live with.
My depression has lifted (for now, hopefully for a long time) and donít know what to talk about during therapy (dynamic interpersonal therapy) on Wednesday morning because I am happier than I have been and more level headed.
I have benefited from the group, feel part of something bigger than me.
Anna is amazing. So knowledgeable, so kind and calm and always happy to help.
I would like to work with her one to one at some point. Maybe the next cycle of depression or sinusitis which can last for 3-4 months and lead to exhaustion and depression.
I will carry on with no sugar in the house, learn more about the house I live in but do not know.
I hope this course can reach as many people as possible as it really can transform lives.

It was very important and valuable for me to learn that if we really listen to our bodies ourselves, we can take care of it well,
It all starts with listening to our bodies and our body is the first thing that we have which is very valuable.
During our sessions we always focus on this and I enjoy it a lot this approach. Also learning about and discussing how we can change our diet to a healthier one were valuable parts of the sessions. Doing these sessions with different age groups and people with various backgrounds also enrich the discussions.

I really enjoyed attending this Brain Health programme as I am going to start to stop the bad habit of eating wrong food and look after all the healthy and valuable foods. And the other thing, the nice group and the nice teacher . I really learnt a lot from her.
Main action I have taken is eating in time with my body clock. To help produce the hormones that I need to be awake and to sleep.
The body is complex and connected and individual. It wants to find balance and harmony. All the new foods and drinks were delicious and I will drink more fresh herb tea
Anna is infectious . Her knowledge and experience with nutrition , the human body, health and healing and wellbeing poured from her every day of our journey.
She was very generous with her ability to connect with people , help to form a more conscious healing community.

I am slowly changing eating habits, moving to less processed foods more whole and organic foods.
Very much enjoyed listening to tutor who is extremely knowledgeable . New info on a variety of alternative and healthy eating . A lot of useful info on the body. Good clear info and good explanations for ease of understanding.
